Research Interests
Mr Davies completed the majority of his orthopaedic surgical training in the Oxford region where he also undertook his DPhil looking at the use of mesenchymal stem cells in cartilage regeneration. He has joined the department to continue his research and complete his higher surgical training. His main research interests are in the use of cell based therapies for the repair of musculoskeletal tissue and the study of the process of treatment development and delivery in translational research.
