Research interests
Based at the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre (WBIC) my research interests include the development and application of novel radiopharmaceuticals for application in the in vivo imaging technique of positron emission tomography (PET). As part of this I am Director of the RadioPharmaceutical Unit which manufacture these probes (e.g. for imaging hypoxia, inflammation and protein metabolism) under GMP for human studies at the WBIC and Addenbrooke’s PET-C Unit.
